I always strive to have as small a carbon footprint as possible. During the course of my creations, I often find myself with awkwardly sized leftover pieces. Many of these are too small to use in other projects, but too large to be considered fuel for the fireplace. My solution was to turn these cutoffs into unique serving boards, perfect for small charcuterie or individual dishes.

These serving boards are made from a single slab of hardwood, and give an opportunity to fully display the grain, patina and character of each species. Each piece is a one-off, and the pictures displayed here are pictures of the actual item you’ll be purchasing. Sizes and price are all individually marked. Every board has tapered sides for an elegant look and has been finished with food safe mineral oil and beeswax.
